After update my product pictures are too big

All of my product pictures on my single product page are too big. Also when I used the 8theme products through the visual composer on my home page to show new products the pictures were all too big, I had to use something else to display products. Is there any way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and update XStore Core plugin to version 1.0.15.

I did that, and my product pictures are still way too big on my single products page. Underneath, the related products pictures are really large also, my product thumbnails under the product photo on single products page are not cropped correctly when it should be. Using the 8theme “products” through visual composer to display new products on my homepage, those photos are really large too. Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks

I’m having the same problem after updating theme…thumbnails and product images too big and featured images are not shown.

Check the thumbnails now, please.
Images for the 8theme Products VC element will be fixed in next theme update.

On my single product page, the main product picture is still too big. The thumbnails are perfect, homepage is perfect, just the main product photo on single product page is big. If that could be fixed that would be appreciated, thanks

I don’t see problem with main image http://prntscr.com/g3wbn0 Big image is for the zoom window only, the preview is normal size. If you don’t want the zoom you can disable it in Theme Options.

I tried to disable zoom in theme options, it is not that, here is a screenshot of what I am talking about. This picture is way too big. You viewed one of my round products, view a rectangular one. The photo was never this big before the update.

I have the same issue… Product slider on products page is not working, it only shows one large image below the product photo, and i can see from inspecting the site that the other 3 images in my product gallery are hidden under some of the content. Also the 8themes banner with mask gave me full screen banners when there should be 3 in a row.

When is the next theme update coming so that this can be fixed?
