Hello @Gkika Eleni,
We believe the issue you are experiencing is due to a third-party plugin, such as the Woo Alpha Bank Payment Gateway plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can find a list of included plugins at the following link: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins.
We also recommend clearing the cache of your browser and checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
