After selecting the country in the woocommerce checkout form, the relevant country code in the phone number field should be set in such a way that it changes automatically.

Hello, @Dasun,

The checkout page and the form on the page come from the WooCommerce plugin and by default in the plugin there is no such feature like this also, you cannot make it from the theme options and the changes require customization.

If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

OR you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.
