My theme got unregistered after recent update

Hello,

Check the server error logs. What errors do you have there? It looks that you have some limits on your server or firewall that does not allow the registration.

I am using WP security AIO,
It was working fine while update theme, but Plugin update showed API error and not showing, I thought to Unregistered and then Register them, now this happened.

Please send:

– FTP info (server, username, password, port)
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider.
Make sure that your hosting:
1. Allows http/https outgoing connections
2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source IP address.
If your hosting blocks outgoing connections, you won’t be able to activate the theme.

Ok I will certainly do it,
But it was working before and It happens after new core update come, then it stopped showing plugin with same API error, then I tired to unregistered and register and then I am not able to register,

I will contact hosting and update you soon.

Hello,

Even if you disable the XStore core plugin you’ll see that error. It means that plugin is not the reason of the issue.

Hello,

We don’t have solutions, unfortunately. If your hosting provider allowed connection but you still have the same error we don’t have more ideas. Do you have any errors in the server error log? Ask the hosting provider to give you server error logs.

Hello,

Yes, you can update WP to the latest version. But if your hosting has limits not sure that it helps. Do you have a chance to try our theme on another hosting?
In case you won’t be able to activate the theme we are ready to give you refund.

I already developed site and its running live you can see it, It’s not about refund, but I really want this to work, I will try update the latest version and check. Its amazing theme.
It happened after latest core update of them. 🙂
