After migration I cant edit theme setting

Hi support
After I migrated the website with wpvivid and replaced all the urls in the database
I reactivated the theme with new license but I have many issues
– i cant edit with customise button with theme options keep loading

– elementor working only in safemode
– slide revolution is not showing me any slide

how to solve the problem

Hello,

Probably you did not migrate correctly. Try the Duplicator plugin and let me know if you have issues after migration with the Duplicator.

I have used Duplicator Pro
I have activated the licence and have elementor pro also
the same issues still exist

here are the problems
– I cant edit any page with elementor / even my activated pro version
– I cant reach My all created Slider revolution slides
– I cant customizing the theme even after the activation.
– if I I update the core plugin it is changing the home page header and many style inside the pages

Hello,

1) FTP access is incorrect https://prnt.sc/19fr98a
2) You use out of date versions of WP, theme and bundled plugins. We need to update them all.

it works if Elementor Pro is deactivated https://prnt.sc/19fv049
Contact Elementor plugin author to find out why their plugin causes the issues with the page editing and js errors in the console https://prnt.sc/19fvq2u

Check now and let m know if you have any issues with this now.

Because you need to update not just the core plugin but also the XStore theme to the latest version

We have similar issue after a migration. What did you do ?

Edit: Ignore this comment. The issue comment form a non closed html comment. Now everithyng is fine.

thanks but, many things changed after the update
this what happened with me also when I tried before

– the header old style (reseted) I have to design it again (I tried to import the exported setting file from the old website / not worked !)
– now there is a pop up in the bottom of the page (etheme-sticky-cart etheme-sticky-panel) (how to disable it) ?
