Hello @110pal,
The images are not displayed because they appear to have been removed from your server, or the content of your home page was modified to open in the default editor. You can activate the home page editor in Elementor to verify this, or provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can investigate the issue.
Please note that this is not a theme-related problem.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
I didn’t delete it. I downloaded the theme installation package, and after installing it, the homepage can’t be displayed like this. I’ll give you the access permission. Could you please help check and solve the problem? Thank you.
Hello @110pal,
We have noticed that your website currently has several additional plugins installed that are not included in our theme installation package. In such cases, some of these plugins may cause issues with Elementor content across your pages.
We recommend disabling all plugins except for the required ones (WooCommerce, XStore Core, and Elementor), then resetting your website content and importing the demo content again through the “Import Demos” section in the XStore Control Panel.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
