Hi, the installation process was going fine until somewhere around the activation of the required plugins and then suddenly I lost access to the site. I get a “Forbidden” error – “You don’t have permission to access /demo1/wp-admin/ on this server.” But of course I do, and wp-config.php is all good.

    Site: http://dentist.org/demo1/wp-admin/

    Any troubleshooting suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Robb.

Hi, I have an update to this issue. The problem seems to be related to Revo Slider. Each time I activate Revolution Slider the site becomes inaccessible (Forbidden, no permission). I’ve done 2 clean installs now with the same result.

What do you think might be happening here?

    Thanks,
    Robb.

faq page also is not working just like the demo.

this is the demo faq page: https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/5074-2/

this is my imported faq page: http://boardcamp.com.br/cincobras/faq

it does NOT have a background on the top row… and if i add a background to teh row, it does not have the parallax background effect that the demo has (background does not move, just the text)

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @duduibira,

As I see your FAQ page is shown fine now.
    Have you resolved the issue?

    Best regards,

    Hello @newprodigy,

Ask your hosting provider support to increase memory_limit value and try to activate plugin then.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Jack,

The memory_limit is already set to 256MB, well above the recommended value. I suppose I can try higher.
