Hi, I tried to import Hipster demo, but the page does not work completely.

How can I solve it?

Thanks for contacting us.
Was XStore Core plugin activated successfully? Also, make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, provide temporary wp-admin access, we will help you.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and FTP access here. We will help you with the import.

Hi,
yes there were plugins already installed, I was using the ELLESSI theme before. If you can reinstall the theme correctly I would be very grateful. But is there any way not to lose the products, and the HomeLM and About pages? I also need the Siteground plugins.

Additional plugins can be activated after the import, because they take resources of the server and it caused the problem you faced.
We’ve mutually edited the Home page on your site. Please check. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
If you want to get sections from other demos, use Studio – edit a page using Elementor > click here http://prntscr.com/10ec6jw and https://prnt.sc/10ec6zt

Thank you for your assistance.

I created a new temporary domain to start everything from scratch and avoid any further incompatibility problems.

After importing the demo, in addition to using your sections, can I also use sections of other plugins compatible with elementor? Like ElementsKit or UltimateAddons, Envato, etc.?

Yes, you can.
But note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
