I installed x-market theme and i have the following questions
1) does the slider you have at the demo website is available – the slider import as described in the documentation file isn’t available any more.
2) visual composer is pre-installed in the theme ? because there is nowhere to be found.
3) Featured Products & Latest Products shortcodes not working
4) The image at the demo under the menu isn’t found in my homepage either

1./3./4. Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

2. VC plugin isn’t included in the theme package.

Hello Jack,

On pre sales chat question they said that vc is supported however on wp 4.5 as you know they ask to pay extra for that. I bought the theme just on Friday and now I can’t really use it without vc.

Any support would be really appreciated.

Hello,

VC plugin isn’t included in the Xmarket theme. You can read on ThemeForest http://themeforest.net/item/xmarket-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/3558432 there is no any word about Visual Composer. It’s implemented in our other themes – Royal, Woopress, Legenda, Classico, TheLeader.

1. I’ve imported LayerSlider zip, you can check it in the LayerSlider settings, the slider is called “Main Slider”.

3. Featured products aren’t shown because you didn’t mark products as featured https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203104327-Mark-Product-as-Featured
To show new products you should enable them in the product editor http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0419/h_1461071253_2269466_298c7c8bdd.png .

4. To add image under the menu please refer to our documentation:
