Hello,

This is default text when selected widget area doesn’t have content. Because your widget shows content for login users only, it caused such situation.
I’ve added an empty text widget http://prntscr.com/pvba1r Please check now.

It looks like you need to update translation files of the woocommerce plugin, then you will be able to find and translate the mentioned text
