After editing the prefooter, the store page stops working

    You can create static blocks in the theme, which you can then add this block through the page editor so that it is displayed before the footer. And until recently, everything worked well (the desired block was shown in the appropriate language). But, after some update (it was not established what and what exactly), they noticed that both the Ukrainian and Russian versions of the site display Russian text (block). I decided to fix it in the editor, but after I started editing the site (more precisely, the store page) it stops working.
    I wrote the same appeal to the developers of WPML.

    Please contact your hosting provider about the Internal server error, mentioned in your video, and ask for help in solving the error from the server logs.

    Once it will be done, WPML support should be able to assist you with translation.

    If any further assistance will be needed from our theme side, let us know, and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access via the Private Content area.

    Do I really need help from a provider? Site stops working after editing theme prefooter. How can the provider help in this situation?

    Dear, St7878,

    Please do what we ask you first, as we explained your hosting provider should be able to reply to you about why you face the Internal server error (which means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side), and help with “AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary”.
