    Hello,

On my page after doing some updates the cart widget in header has a different css than on other pages. If should be like on the other pages.

This is what it looks like on homepage after waiting a little time:

This is what it should look like:

Where does that style come from?

    Why does this happen?

    How can I fix it?

I just tried turned on minify and got this error from W3TC:
Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: File “/home/ringso5/public_html/wp-content/themes/royal/custom.css” doesn’t exist.

I think actually that my problem has to do with maybe this missing / or spooky custom.css file.

    Hello,

Custom.css file is optional. You can avoid it if you make style changes in Theme Options > Custom CSS section. The error is shown because you enabled Custom CSS option in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Enable Custom CSS. Deactivate it.

I’ve just checked cart widget in home page and Shop page and it’s the same.
Try to clear browser cache and check again.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I cleared the cache and it still is like that on home page.

What I noticed is that it shows correctly at first, but if you keep hovering over it for like 5 seconds or more it changes to the other version…

please let me know if you can replicate it.

    Hello,

The problem was caused by the plugin “Wp Mail Bank”.
    I’ve disabled it.
Please clear browser cache and check cart widget now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thanks for disabling all transactional email to my clients. Very helpful.

Anyway, I have turned it on again.

I do not consider that a solution.

    Hello,

Please take our apologies but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins and don’t guarantee their full compatibility with the theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
