    Dear Service,

I’ve tried to add Google Analytics in several ways to my site.
1). Added it onto Theme Option > General -> Google Analytics Code.
    2). Manually added it to wp-content > themes > woopress > header.php via FTP.
3). Used Insert Headers and Footers plug-in to add Google Analytics onto the header area from Setting.

Through these 3 ways, there totally could not response any user tracing to my GA account, and showed the information that there might be lacked of effective GA code from my site.

I checked this problem by using Tag Assistant (the GA code checking tool by Google), it shows there’s not any http responded from my site, please check this picture.
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0UZ77fMI9c0SHE3ZTJVOGliQTQ/view

Tag Assistant the checking tool recommended action is “You may consider de-activating the extension while troubleshooting the implementation on your site”.

It’s quite weird that I never met such a situation before when I set GA code to other websites.
Would you please check and kindly help me to deal with this problem?

    Best regards,
    Eric

    Hello,

I’ve checked the code of your site via browser inspector tool and Google Analytics code is shown:

    Dear Eva,

Yes, GA code could be shown by viewing webpage source code, but my GA account report that my site could not trace any user sessions from it, and suggest me to check whether I set it correctly or not by using Tag Assistant (the GA code checking tool by Google).

After I tested with this Tag Assistant tool, it said that my site http js responses for GA might blocked by some extension of my site. That’s what I feel wired.

The truth is my GA account could not show any record by user sessions.
Would you please check it again and tell me how to deal with it?

    Dear Eva,

Thanks for your information, I have to apology to you, my last answer let you confuse to my question.
Actually, it’s not the problem of “GA account could not show any record by user sessions”, but is Google Analytics could not get any feedback from my web site, please see this picture.

I’m quite impressive of your hard working for these “session math theory of Google”, but how to let my GA code working from my site is the most important task. Is there not any client of you with that problem?

Please do help me to check it, please..

    Dear Eva,

The picture is the checked result by Tag Assistant tool for GA code checking provided by Google. Please see it..

These 2 evidences from GA admin and Tag Assistant shows that even though I put GA code onto my site as you saw on it http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/0127/h_1453890337_4006934_7e274696df.png
that’s no work. What’s wrong with that?

    Dear Eva,

After I check my website with Tag Assistant view page source code function, it’s wired that there not any Google Analytics Code before body tag, it’s not the same with viewing source code from Chrome.

You may install this tool by using Chrome browser and with this url https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tag-assistant-by-google/kejbdjndbnbjgmefkgdddjlbokphdefk?hl=zh-TW to check any other website including mine. It’s a good tool from Google for checking the webpage tag.

I think there might be with some program to block the GA Code from admin theme option, even I manually add it to wp-content > themes > woopress > header.php via FTP.

The GA is quite important for e-commerce to tracking every investment and conversion from the internet, what if without it, how should your clients to optimize their business?
    Do please check for that.

    Hello,

Please try to check the work of GA with default WordPress theme. Try to add the code to Twenty Fifteen theme header.php.
    Let us know the results.

    Thank you.

    Dear Eva,

I create a new subdomain as http://gatest.yoz.tw/ and added GA Code successfully (checked by Tag Assistant tool), please check this picture…
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0UZ77fMI9c0SU9MNi1NVENzaE0/view?usp=sharing

Then I use the same way to recreate a GA Code, and re-added it onto my site Theme Options > General -> Google Analytics Code, but fail (checked by Tag Assistant tool).
