    Hi….

I’m trying to set different sticky header content for an alternate header in the Header Builder. I select the alternate header, and I can edit the advanced sticky header settings but it won’t let me save it. Is this feature customizable for the alternate headers in the Multiple Header section? Or does this only work for the main header settings?

    Thanks!

Here’s what you need. Video is only good for I think 3 days so hopefully you see this before it expires.

In the recording, the page you are previewing is currently following the custom header “Landing Pages”. It’s using the correct content for the Main Header section for that page. When I remove Menu from the sticky for this header, I click several times on “Save” and it does nothing. It will finally save when I go back to the main menu. But it will not save the custom sticky header contents.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ What access can we use for this popup – https://prnt.sc/uewW6FclFdKb ?

2/ Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Sorry about that. I forgot about the popup login. I shut off the external password lock. See private area for FTP access

    Dear @gdd,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We would like to inform you that the Advanced Header Sticky feature currently does not support multiple header conditions. As a result, it is not possible to create multiple advanced headers, since only one can be applied across all pages.

If you wish to implement different headers and corresponding sticky headers, we recommend using the XStore Builders feature. You can find a helpful video tutorial here:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-header-builder-on-elementor/

This tool allows you to combine various layout settings from the basic header with custom content for sticky headers, offering greater flexibility in design.

In the meantime, we will review the current plugin behavior to prevent the incorrect display of multiple headers.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
