I am having a problem with my advanced carousel. It works as it should only on my mac browsers and does not work on PC, mobile and tablet browsers. It adds the images one on top of the other instead of using them as a slider.

I’ve checked your site in Firefox and Chrome browser on PC and haven’t seen issues with the carousel http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0310/h_1457633687_3591300_0fa98b6c62.png .
Please specify what browser you have problem with and show a screenshot for better understanding.

I normally use mac. So i dont have an issue there but on my mobile phone tablet and on my colleagues Pc it was the images on top of eachother.

Well with cache empty and also in incognito mode on a pc / tablet / phone i get this.

i also tried https://www.browserling.com/ with the same result as the above image.
Yet in my Mac it works.

Hello,

Unfortunately we can’t replicate the issue.
The carousel is shown properly in Chrome and Firefox on PC and on mobile devices.

Please specify exact browser version on PC (and OS), mobile device and its OS and browser.
