Hello, I installed wordpress and uploaded the xstore theme followed by the child theme, then went through the setup wizard successfully. But once the setup was complete the demo content “Default” that I selected did not upload correctly and still appears as the basic wordpress page only with the x-store logo. When I try to return to the admin page I get an err_too_many_redirects which suggest I clear my cookies (using chrome) which I did to no avail. I noticed the end of the url contained woozone, so I logged into FTP and deleted the woozone plugin hoping that would relieve the problem but still it persists.

Hello,

Looks that some fatal error happened. Enable WP debug to check what error you have. Also, provide us with FTP access to your site to help you.

Hello,

Looks that problem was related to cache. We cleared cache and did not face problem with login after that.

Anyway, check the plugins list and check the plugin’s description https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins Disable plugins that you don’t plan to use because every additional plugin slows down the site a little bit.
