This is a follow up with regards to my earlier post that my admin console shows only text and won’t load properly. It was ok when first installed but 2-3 days later it’s just text and won’t let me edit. I reinstalled the web theme twice and same problems occur. I did not install any additional plugins other than what’s provided in the theme. I request a refund for this theme as it is giving me so many problems that my other themes have no problems.

Here’s the reply from my web host.
The domain name “jmthreads.com” is loading as per the attached screenshot. The website is still showing the error “Ajax Error” after completely loading the page.

We have checked the Xstore theme requirements you provided and already adjusted the following PHP parameters.

    Memory Limit – 256 MB
Upload maximum file size – 32 MB
Maximum Execution Time – 180 Secs
    Maximum Input Vars – 10000
    PHP Vesrion – 7.2
The wordpress version is 5.7.2 and is already above 3.9. We have already enabled Gzip compression by adding some rules to the .htaccess file. But, the .htaccess file gets modified automatically and all the changes we made is loosing even though we have saved it. It seems like some settings on the wordpress or some wordpress plugin is rewriting the .htaccess rules frequently.

Please disable the plugin or rule which modifies the .htaccess rules frequently so that the changes we are making will be effective.

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with the WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail? Provide us also with the screenshot of the issue for better understanding. If we don’t fix the issue we’ll give you refund.

    Regards

    Hello,

It looks that core WP files are missing or broken. Provide us with FTP or cPanel access to your site. We don’t need access to your hosting account. We need access to your WP installation files.

    Hello,

Issue was caused by .htaccess files in every WP directory, for example, https://prnt.sc/1818h0t that prevented using of core WP files.
I don’t know who created these files: your hosting support or your developer but contact that person to find out why he did that.
Besides you need to save the mentioned code in the .htaccess file of your root directory https://prnt.sc/1818nmv

    Hi,

I never had this problem prior to installing this theme and did not do anything to the .htaccess file. Is the website ok to use now?

    Hello,

Our theme does not create .htaccess file because it’s system file, so theme was not the reason of the issue. Contact your hosting provider and ask to remove unnecessary .htaccess files from subfolders of your WP installation. Check if everything works ok after that.

    Regards
