Admin area: Featured image / product image section not visible – how to upload?

Hello,
we have the problem that the section for uploading a product image is not visible in the admin area after the update.

How is this possible?

We can only upload a product gallery.

I did nothing in wp-admin panel.
As I see featured image option is working now.
So is your issue resolved?

Sorry, yes. I tried to disable plugins to check if the issue is related to compatibility of the plugins with the theme.
