    Hello, Zenka,

We appreciate you taking the time to contact us regarding your concern.

We have reviewed the pages of the website using the links you provided and did not observe the issue depicted in your screenshots. It is possible that the problem may resolve itself if you clear your browser’s cache. Meanwhile, we would like to inform you that issues such as the one in the header can occur when there is a typographical error or incorrect code in the Custom CSS. Please check this on your end.

Do you know how to disable breadcrumbs? I can’t find the toggle to disable it. Thanks! That is the only thing I can think of.

    Hello, Zenka,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Breadcrumbs can be disabled via Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Style.

“Do you thinnk it is showing up as part of the breadcrumbs for some reason?” – this is the mobile header that shows on the desktop view for some reason.
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Let us know the results of these tests.

    Best Regards,

Hi there Rose, disabling the breadcrumb didn’t fix it. Hmmm. we have VRY few plugins on this site, and thing added newly. I have the XSTORE child theme in, what would be the parent. What types of things might I use by switching to the parent – would I have to reconfigure a lot of things?

    Dear @Zenka,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have recently observed that the “Remove Unused CSS” feature inadvertently eliminated the custom CSS codes specific to the mobile header. To address this issue, we have added the “.mobile-header-wrapper” CSS class to the whitelist, which has resolved the problem.

For your reference, here is a screenshot demonstrating the successful implementation of the changes: https://prnt.sc/71QMPAOU5yAe

We kindly request that you clear the cache on your end to ensure that these updates are fully applied and visible.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your confirmation that the changes have been successfully reflected on your side.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
