Adding static bloc command in text field options

    Hi is there a way to add your static bloc as option in each text field ?
    So that why instead of copy / pasting shortcodes in a text field user can, by selecting static bloc option when in a text field and drop all static code for choosing what static code needed for inserting in his text.
