Adding parralax failed - by Paycheck85 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    When i try to change the background of textblock into parralax it already says that it has a background while its not. I cant delete the image or add new one..

    Thats great but with other images i have the same problem. i checked with several browsers. Can you please solve this issue?

    Hello,

    Are you getting any errors when trying to change an image?
    We don’t have such issue on our side.
    Are you using frontend or backend VC editor? Try to use backend editor and clear browser cache before. Don’t forget to update the page after making changes.

    I get an error when i try to change the image in the front editor.

    What error are you getting?
    Please show a screenshot.
    Also try to change image in backend editor.

    What page exactly are you checking?
    Try to clear browser cache and check again.
