Hello,

I am trying to add new plugin. But unfortunately I am not able to do so.

Ideally, when I go to plugins menu, the sub-menu should show up showing All Plugins and Add new. But I don’t see it now.

Can you please help us out with the plugin upload.

It does not appear even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/6d74f8864cbacf4d7e014d176e665e49
Our theme is not the reason of the issue. Contact WordPress support, please.
