Adding new attribute value in single product

Hi, I have problem with add new attribute value in single product. I have two fields name and slug and I fill it, but I get error “require more data”. Atrribute type is Label (square).

Hi,
Sorry, but problem is not solved.

For example: I go to product ‘Kidodo bidon z obciążoną słomką 260 ml.’ and I go to attributes. Next I click ‘Marka’ and ‘Add new’. I fill name and slug, but when I click ‘add new’ I have error: ‘require more data’.
