Adding menu icon / image not working like in the demo

Hello, I want to add a menu icon/image like in the demo see screenshot.

When I add an Icon I to a parent menu, I get repeated icon images in the submenu.

When I try to add to a parent menu without a submenu, I see nothing.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

You can add your custom Icon/image to the menu items as well, you have to upload it from Menu item settings: https://postimg.cc/4nYywH7P and then go to item element setting and choose the option: “Use image like” as “image” and it will work for you: https://postimg.cc/vxnQy95d

Additionally, In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
