I dont really know how to describe this issue, on screenshot2 you can see how does the menu looks likes normally I added a dropdown to Webshop link so if someone hovers over it, it will shows categories and megamenu however when i hover over it the drop down does work but its like its hidden behind/or inside of the menu bar itself?

Originally I created the menu from XstoreBuilder but even that freez when i try to change settings or template (screenshot3)

    Is this somekind CSS issue?
I use Fibosearch plugin as my Product search and not the deafult search bar i dont know if it could affect the menubar?

    Hello, Kulimary,

We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,

    I’m attaching the credentials,

I would be greatfull if the header could be edited in Elementor then i could maybe add the “menu dropdown” shown on screenshot 🙂
