    Hello, thank you for all the support you’re providing us with! The problem I’m seeing is that when I go to my shop page (www.kysowear.com/shop/) and I add ANY item to cart it simply just shows the loading thing (like if it wants to add it to cart just have to wait) but it never stops loading, however, when I refresh the page the item was actually added to cart.

    I thought it was my internet speed that was causing the huge delay but I had 4-5 other people also try and they are having the same issue. I’m not sure how to fix this and people who want to order have no idea their items have been added to cart.

    I also have a second request, hopefully it’s not too much to ask but is there a way to have it show that there is an item in my cart once I add an item? when I do add items the checkout bag icon doesn’t show anything that indicates there is an item in my cart. Would be cool to have it set up that when I add an item to cart it shows a visual of the item going to the cart or something too.

    Thank you, sorry for making it so long! 🙁

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Concerning the first issue you can try to disable ajax filter in Theme Options > Single Product Page > “Ajax “Add to Cart”” > Off.

    You can use other header type to see updates in the cart. Please try it.

    Thank you.

    Thank you! that fixed it :)))

    I ended up changing the header type, how can I make my “Knock Your Socks Off” title bigger and move it to the left a bit more? thanks!

    Hello,

    You need add this code in custom.css file:

    .header1 .logo img {
        max-width: 400px;
        float: left;
    }

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial.

    Thank you.

    Thank you so much for all the help, you’ve been more than amazing.

    One last thing, is there a way to change the width and height of the actual Revolution slider? as you can see on http://www.kysowear.com the slider cuts off some of the pictures so it would be cool to make the slider a bit longer…thank you!

    Hello,

    You can set slider dimensions in wp-admin panel > Revolution Slider > Settings, enable Unlimited Height or set Grid Height in Layers Grid Size field.

    Thank you.

    Hey man, everything works fine now thank you! I had a question about product bundling, is there a way to set it up so if people add 3 items into their cart the price drops? I want to sell single items for 6.99 and have bundles of 3 sell for 14.99, thank you!

    Okay I found a plug in thanks!

    Is there a way to fix the promo pop up? it pops up in every page and it’s really annoying for my customers. I would like for it to only pop up once when entering my website if that’s possible.

    I also ran into another issue, the cart automatically clears itself after I enter proceed to checkout and go to the home page, is there a way to have the cart items stay there while the customer is in the website? items removing themselves while they browse more in the store could lead to a loss of customers.

    I really truly appreciate your help! if there is anyway to donate let me know please.
