Adding Custom Image and Text to Category Page Section

Hello, I’m looking to make some edits to the category page section, and I have a specific image https://ibb.co/sHRYZb7 that I would like to use as a reference. In the image, you can see that there is a category displayed above the product carousel. I would like to add a custom image with accompanying text in that area. Additionally, I would like to continue listing products below that section. I was wondering if it is possible to achieve this customization using your theme. Thank you for your assistance!
