  Hello, I added a products within Visual Composer and I have it set to 5 columns and it keeps displaying 3 columns no matter what I set the column number to. I have tried 2-6 and it is always displaying 3 columns. Please see the link below.

  Hello,

  To show only categories on Shop page go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop Page Display > select “Show categories” and remove “Product Categories” element you added in the Shop page editor.
  As for products columns we recommend you to use this VC element http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/0928/h_1475073426_9266134_fc66af4f2c.jpeg .
