    Hello,
    I see in the demo that there is a blog page how can i create one for my website?

    Hello,

    Create a page “Blog” and select it as posts page in WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading.
    Posts will be displayed automatically on this page if you have posts created in Posts section of WP admin panel.
