    Hello,
I am using a gift card plugin. When adding a giftcard to the cart, the “successfully added to cart” notice does not appear within the Royal modal, but as standard woocommerce notice. Please find a video in private content.
Is there a class or something I could add to the code of the giftcard plugin in order to make it work with the modal? Any help would be really appreciated.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it’s out of our support scope. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
You can disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page.
If you need help with the additional customization, submit customization request to WPKraken team.

    Regards

    Hi,
thank you very much for your fast reply.
I totally understand that you can not customize this for me. But could you maybe just give me a small hint about what to search for? Is there a specific class that triggers the modal? I’ll ask the plugin author for help and do some research myself, but any hint about what to look for would help me. Thank you.
