Add to cart doesn't work properly - by emeliech

    Hello,

    We have been in touch regarding our “Cart” problem, that when on hover it doesn’t show the products.

    You said it depended on our child them, and that we should activate royal theme and the problem would disappear. So we did and the problem still remains.
    If you add a product in the cart, you will see the products.
    But then navigate to another pages, like home or blogg and see the cart is empty on 0KR again…
    Then it takes about 30 sec to 1 min for it to realise it has a products in it, then it shows..

    Something up with the php calling?? Please help as we are loosing sales

    Hello,

    I’ve disabled cache plugin and cleared the cache via FTP.
    Please clear your browser cache and check cart popup window now.
    It’s working fine from my side now.
