    Hello XStore Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical issue with the Add to Cart button after updating WooCommerce.

Problem description:When my site is upgraded from WooCommerce 10.4.3 to 10.5.0 (or newer), the Add to Cart button stops working completely.

    The button becomes inactive

    Clicking it does nothing

The product is not added to the cart

The user is not redirected to the cart page

However, the Buy Now button continues to work correctly.

Because of this issue, I am currently forced to prevent WooCommerce from updating and keep using version 10.4.3, otherwise the store becomes unusable.

    Additional notes:

The issue appears immediately after updating WooCommerce

    It affects multiple products

Clearing cache and disabling caching plugins did not solve the problem

Could you please check the compatibility between XStore and the latest WooCommerce version and advise on a fix or workaround?

    Thank you for your support

    Hello,

We kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check the issue again, as one of these additional plugins may be causing the problem.

If the issue persists, could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access so that we can review your settings?

To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account has been created, you may securely share the username and password with us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
