    Hello,
We have updated to latest version and suddently the “Add to cart” button doesnt work.
You click on it and it just shows a loading icon without completing the add to cart action.
    How can we fix this?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

THank you for using our theme!
Could you, please, provide us with a temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail?

    Regards

We can’t connect to FTP using FileZilla, please check credentials. Is there a restriction by IP or something else?

    Regards

We have tried both admin and ftp before we send the credentials so we know they are working.
There is some restrictions in countries.
Can you tell me which country you are to get it off firewall or send me an ip to whitelist?

    Thanks in advance.

It doesn’t work correctly even with the default theme – https://gyazo.com/ad480fb31f44ac9341940b19e645a743 (xstore core plugin – disabled), so I would recommend you to contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
As a temporary solution, we disabled Ajax add to cart – https://prnt.sc/vmw1wx

I had tried it with the default twentytwenty theme and the add to cart was working.

You need to check with Storefront – the default official WooCommerce theme.

I have just trid with storefront and it works.
    I enabled storefront as theme.
Went to the products and clicked add to cart and it refreshed the page.
Typed domain.com/cart and it shows the cart with the product i added.

    Sincerely,
    Harris Karanikolas

I just saw that with xstore and storefront and not “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” it works, so its something with ajax?
I didnt had that problem before update, weird!
