When I click on add to cart the product doesn’t add to cart. However when I click on the product and go into single product page it will add to cart there.
I have subsequently deactivated the add to cart button on the products on shop page.
    Please help

    Hi Robert,
    I don’t know what I’m doing wrong,
    a. I have FTP’d the latest Legenda theme.
    b. I can’t change the color of my footer back to black
    c. My Add to cart adds single items but when I select a variable it takes the single item out.
    d. My Visual Composer is still outdated
    e. My Revolution slider is no longer working

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I’ve updated Revolution Slider and Visual Composer plugins. Sorry, but I don’t see the problem with Add to Cart button. Also as I see you’ve disabled “Add to cart” button in Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Show “Add to Cart” button > Off.

Please clarify with more details what actions you’re making to be able to reproduce the issue on our side.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,
When I select a single item and then add to cart, it goes into the cart. If I select a variable item, it goes to a different cart. The variables are not adding to the same cart as a single product.
Try and select single “add to cart items” and then select a variable product by using “select options”
You will notice that the cart only has one or the other

I have activated the add to cart temporarily so you can test.
    thanks

    Hello,

I’ve tested the products and they have been added successfully to the cart.

What do you mean saying “The variables are not adding to the same cart as a single product.”?
    What is the different cart?

Is the issue persist in all browsers and with default WordPress theme too?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks for reply,
If you change categories ie: paper – select an item then change to personalised and select item. you will notice it takes the previous item out. Try doing a few categories and separate items.
    thank you for your help

    Hello,

I’ve checked the products with default WordPress theme and the issue persists there too. After adding a product to the cart I’ve been redirected to the empty cart page. So the problem isn’t related to our theme.
You can contact Woocommerce support regarding this issue or ask your hosting provider to check error logs (to find out what is causing the problem).

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
