Subject: Critical Issue: Add to Cart Button Not Working on Variable Products after Updates

    Message:

    Hello XStore Support Team,

I am facing a critical issue on my website where the “Add to Cart” button is not working specifically for Variable Products. While Simple Products are working fine, the Variable Products button remains disabled (the cursor does not change to a pointer/hand icon) even after selecting all variations.

Here are the technical details of my site:

Theme: XStore (Updated to latest version)

    XStore Core Plugin: Updated

    WooCommerce Version: 10.5.0

PHP Version: 8.3 (I also tested with 8.2)

    Builder: Elementor

    The Problem:

On Variable Product pages, when I select a variation (Size/Color), the price updates correctly, but the “Add to Cart” button remains unclickable.

I have already tried clearing all caches

There seems to be a template version mismatch where WooCommerce reports templates are version 9.7.0 while WooCommerce is 10.5.0.

    Steps I have already taken:

    Updated Theme and Core plugins.

Switched PHP versions between 8.2 and 8.3.

Cleared all server and plugin caches.

Deactivated reCAPTCHA integrations to resolve script conflicts.

Could you please check why the theme templates are not syncing with the latest WooCommerce logic and why the button remains inactive on mobile and desktop?

Looking forward to your urgent help.

    Best regards, Ashish

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please provide links to the products where you are experiencing the issue? We have checked several random variable products, and the “Add to Cart” function appears to be working correctly on our end.

Regarding your note about WooCommerce templates, please share screenshots or the URL of the page where the problem occurs.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Kind regards,
    The 8Theme Team
