Hi,
I posted a comment on themeforest and was advised to post my issue on forum.
I followed the instruction and check my WordPress if the Catalog mode is enabled or disabled. My settings on Catalog mode is disabled however, add to cart button is not working both desktop version and mobile.

Please, read the WooCommerce docs to get more information about product types and its creation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/ and change the status of the products to “In stock”.
