    All the theme options show that add to cart is on. But for some reason, add to cart button is not there. Not sure what happened. Please advice.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi thank you for your help but this FTP contains alot of other information so I am not allowed to give access to anyone. I will upload the site onto another host so you can have ftp access then.

    but in the meantime, I have put the site onto my localhost and was able to update the theme no problem – I think the problem is the host has old features. Anyways, the add to cart button is still not there so I think there might be somehting in the custom css that is perhaps making the button disappeared. Please checkout the codes in the legenda child style sheet below.

    Please let me know if this helps to determine why my add to cart button disappeared. Thank you so much!

    love the theme.

    Hello,

    Please take our apologies but without FTP details we can’t investigate why your site is showing “Forbidden” error message. Check if there are no restrictions on server side or in the .htaccess file. Also you can create FTP account for us with directly access to the tcppoint.com/contrologic folder.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    “Add to Cart” button isn’t shown because you didn’t set price for products:

    Add price and check.

    Thank you so much! Problem is We do not want the price to show. But we want add to cart button and they can order but without the price. So it is like an order where sales can follow up with their email. How to hide the price and the word free?

    Also, it seems that once the theme was updated there’s a problem with it loading on the mobile as opposed to the old theme on the mobile. See links below:

    Hello,

    Please set prices to show “Add to cart” button. Then we’ll give you the code to hide prices.

    I don’t see any issues with new site on mobile:

    Please describe the problems and show us screenshots.

    Please add this code in custom.css:

    .slide-item .product .price, .products-grid .product .price, .quick-view-popup .product-info .price, .single-product-page .product-info .price {

    }

    Hello,

    Go to WPML > Translation Options > Custom posts > set translate for Static Blocks. Then you will be able to create translation for static blocks in WP Dashboard > Static Blocks

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
