“Add to Cart” button disappeared on mobile! Only the “Buy Now” button is visible.

Hello,

Yesterday, we noticed that the sticky “Add to Cart” button on mobile had disappeared! Only the “Buy Now” button was visible. (We’ve been using both side-by-side for years.)

We don’t know when this happened, but it could have been after the latest theme update. We’ve been using it this way for about five years. We haven’t installed any plugins or anything similar in recent weeks.

Do you have any information about the problem or a suggested solution?

Dear, Recep,

The issue occurred because the custom CSS code located in the style.css file of your child theme contained the following rule:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .etheme-sticky-cart .add_to_cart_button, .etheme-sticky-cart .et-or-wrapper { display: none; } }

We have removed this code, and everything should now be working correctly.

On screens up to 767px wide (meaning mobile devices), it hid the buttons and elements inside the sticky cart.
Which elements were hidden? The “Add to cart” button (add_to_cart_button) inside the sticky cart; The et-or-wrapper block.
