Add to Cart button and cart icon not showing

I have tried disabling third-party plug-ins. I’m not sure if this is a WooCommerce or theme issue.
Cannot make purchases on site because the add to cart button and cart icon are not showing.

for this information.

Hello,

You need to disable “Just Catalog” in Theme Options > E-commerce > Shop http://prntscr.com/kszeki
