Add To Card Button Stuck - by shoparah - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi

When trying to click on the add to cart button from the product page itself, the loader gets stuck.

Can you please fix or provide me with info on why it’s doing this.

I’ve tried doing the following steps I saw in other posts but still not working:

“Please navigate to Theme options > Single product page and disable Ajax “Add To Cart”

This problem is caused by Wishlist plugin. Please update Wishlist plugin to latest version.
You can download it here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
After that please delete file wishlist.php from /legenda/woocommerce and check ajax ‘Add to cart’ work. I believe you have my credentials”

I believe you have my credentials.

Also, I am not able to clear cache as I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_supercache_dir() in /home4/arahmati/public_html/shop/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache.php on line 399

Hello,

You need update the theme to the latest version as well as Woocommerce plugin.
Before updating remove the folder “woocommerce” in wp-content/themes/legenda directory.

Remember I do not want to update to woo commerce 2.3 as I reverted back to the latest version of 2.2 because of the coupon issue.

It was not doing this before at some point when I had a certain version of the theme and a certain version of woocommerce.

Can you please advice further without updating to woo commerce 2.3.

You can try to use older version of Wishlist plugin.
We’ve sent 1.1.7 version to your email address. Please check.
You can downgrade the plugin via FTP, extract the archive and upload plugin folder to wp-content/plugins directory.

I went ahead and downgraded to 1.1.7 through FTP however the same problem still persists it just gets stuck when clicking add to cart. Please I need immediate assistance as I’m losing any potential sales due to this issue.

Please check 3-d party plugins (try to disable part of them). Do i have the possibility to pass security?

Yes Brian you can. I just double checked it seems like add to cart is working now, but adding to wishlist is no longer there?

I forgot to activate wishlist plugin it’s now working after activating it sorry for confusion. So add to cart and wishlist are functioning properly now 🙂

The delete cache isn’t working as it gives me the fatal error.

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for third party plugin (like a cache plugin). Try to use some another.
