  On site https://rpfabrics.pl/my-account I don’t have terms check in account register box.

  WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Privacy policy both fields are filled.

  Hello,

  It’s not related to our theme, WooCommerce plugin does not have checkboxes there by default, only display registration privacy policy text, you can enable Storefront theme (The Official WooCommerce Theme https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ ) and check https://prnt.sc/z7jeyg So, contact WooCommerce support if you want to submit feature request about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
