    I cant´t find wher I can Add/remove languages from top bar

    Hello,

    Those languages are just a demo content of those areas, this is not the working option. To remove demo content just add the empty text widget to the Left top bar widget area. If you want to create the multilingual site you need to use third-party plugins to implement this: WPML, or Polylang, or qTranslate or similar.
