Add New Slide button is not working. It only works when I right click, unable to open in Elementor

The button ‘add new slide’ on ‘Slides’, does not work. It only works when I right click. However, when I right click I do not get access to XStore slides templates. I try to edit in Elementor, however, Elementor does not open. I have Ementor Pro installed. I have cleared cache and nothing changed.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.

I deactivated all third-party plugins that were not included with XStore. The “Add New Slide” button started to work. I reactivated them and the “Add New Slide” button remains working. Thanks for your help.
