Add media in single product page, appeared shortcode infornt

    Hi,

    Please login to my website and check on this two products:
    1) You may try to add media into post, it will appear this shortcode “[caption id="attachment_24580" align="aligncenter" width"617px"]” before img, but (go to 2nd link)

    2)When you add media into post in this link, it is normal dont have any shortcode into post

    How to avoid the shortcode? Why some post it wont appear shortcode but some will appear, it was terrible for us to edit it.

    I’ve checked both products links and haven’t seen any shortcodes in product description section.
    Please show us a screenshot where you see it.

    Hello,

    I’ve tried to add several images via “Add Media” option and the shortcode hasn’t been added.
    Please try to readd all images where shortcodes are present.
