Add Instagram link to Static Block in Footer2

I need to add a link to Instagram in the 4-column Static Block (called Food) I’m using in Footer 2. Currently it’s set to handle blog posts. How do I go about changing to Instagram? I know there’s a plug-in for WordPress, but something else is needed for Static Blocks. What’s the process for getting this done? Thanks, Nancy

I’ve enabled Visual composer for static blocks http://prntscr.com/hoyk3c
You may simply add Instagram element to your static block http://prntscr.com/hoykfp
