I need to add a line of type under the Shipping information on the checkout page. How do I do that?

Hello,

To add custom lines you need edit Woocommerce template in the file wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/cart/cart-totals.php. You’d better contact Woocommerce support as this is their configuration.
