    Hi,

    What version of WP do you use? There is an issue with activation when WP is 5.5, so downgrade the WP version or update the theme and Core plugin (latest versions can be downloaded from here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ ).

    With the latest version of the theme – 6.3.9.1 and XStore Core – 2.3.9.1v, you should not face any problem with the theme activation, so clear cache and check one more time.
    Provide us with temporary wp-admin access, if you need any further assistance.
