Hi,

I have duplicate one of my website who had the Xstore theme. I want to buy a new licence and to activate it on the duplicate website without loosing all the content.
What are the steps ?

And other question, in the instagram feed i want to show only my post not post with my # so i enter just my username without the # but it is still showing the content of the #. what can i do ?

Hello,

1) Go to XStore > Dashboard > deactivate theme and activate it using new purchase code http://prntscr.com/ntxn6i You won’t lose any options.

2) Provide us with temporary Dashboard access and link to page with Instagram element to check the problem.
