Activate Filebird 6 is not working, Please see screenshot

hello, some reason when I go to activate the plug-in it just goes back to the same page never actually updates. Am I doing something wrong. Please see screenshot thank you so much

thank you, yes I got it to activate and work but for some reason it won’t allow me to change the layout style. Please see screenshot
