Activate and Deactivated theme give error of code is not correct

Dear sir in first i activate the theme on subdomain for my website https://miral.emedia.ae
now i want to activate it on the client subdomain https://test.miral-online.com

the activate is give me this error : Sorry, the code is incorrect. Please try again.

please not that after i finish the website building on the last subdomain https://test.miral-online.com and client like it i will clone it on main website https://miral-online.comso also i need to deactivate it again and active on

Thank you for your response.

I tried to check the code using the Envato verification system and we get the response that the purchase code is not verified. At the same time, our local system displays that successful activation was done on m**l.e***ia.ae. That’s strange why it does not work now. Could you, please, check if everything is ok with your ThemeForest account? Because if the account is blocked or your purchase is canceled you won’t be able to use the code.

i buy new lis and also not activated on https://test.miral-online.com/
its reply this too

in fact both codes not used for now so i need to use on on the subdomain
and in future i will move the website from subdomain to main domain

and the second code will use it in any website in future
